In an effort to provide increased understanding and greater transparency regarding "Who's Who" and "Who's Responsible for What" in Sunup Rotary's Club's Leadership, Co-President Laura Vanderberg presented this organizational chart during our club meeting last Wednesday. She also asked each of the club's 5 Directors, whose areas of responsibility correspond with Rotary's Five Avenues of Service, to speak briefly about their Avenue of Service. In order to enable club members to have more input into our club's direction and projects, it was proposed that our club have a "Sunup Time" meeting once each month, usually just prior to the Club Board Meeting, which will involve roundtable discussions, such as the one which Marsha and Todd recently led regarding club projects. A motion was made and seconded, and the club members present approved this proposal. Sheridan traveled to Albuquerque to present a session on "Interact and RYLA Innovative Ideas Worth Considering," and to represent the Zones 26-27 Rotary Youth Services Task Force with an exhibit in the House of Friendship. A.J. is seen here manning that exhibit.
